How does shipping work?

How much is shipping?
We charge a flat rate with the approximate price as per the table below for up to 13 skeins of yarn. The price could vary at the time of placing your order because of conversion rate, but the rate quoted at check out is an up to date rate as provided by DHL. This is the minimum parcel size and weight from DHL and unfortunately cannot be a lower fee for a smaller amount of skeins. If you want to order more than 13 skeins of yarn, please reach out to us for a custom quotation.

How do you calculate the conversion rate?
We are making use of set prices for USD or ZAR purchases. The USD price will not fluctuate with the conversion rate fluctuations but we do update the set price from time to time if there is a big fluctuation.
